Ordering

To place an order, just give us a call. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific will ship that day. Laser Image Plus will ship your order from our stock. There may be times when we will not have a cartridge due to the ever- changing supply of empty cartridges. In these cases, we will need your empty cartridges in order to fill your order.

Terms

All orders are payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or C.O.D. unless a credit application has been submitted and approved. Terms for an approved credit application are Net 30 days. Please call for a credit application. The credit application should be filled out and submitted to us for approval. Please allow two weeks for processing. All checks that are returned are subject to a $25 fee for processing.

Resale Certificate

Non-taxable California customers must submit a signed resale certificate. California law requires us to charge sales tax if no certificate is on file.

Lifetime Warranty

All Laser Image Plus remanufactured toner cartridges are unconditionally guaranteed, when used as directed, to perform to your complete satisfaction with no time limit as to when a claim may be made. Laser Image Plus will coordinate the return of a defective cartridge at our cost. All returned defective cartridges must include a copy of the print defect. Laser Image Plus will not be liable for printer malfunctions related to manufacturer’s defects, misuse or abuse by users.

Returns

Laser Image Plus will accept returns of unused/unopened product for full refund within 90 days of purchase without a restocking fee. Returns of unused/unopened product received after 90 days of purchase will be charged a restocking fee. Unused returns may be exchanged for like product up to 1 year from date of purchase. When sending back a return; please reference on which original invoice the cartridge was purchased.
