All Laser Image Plus remanufactured toner cartridges are unconditionally guaranteed, when used as directed, to perform to your complete satisfaction with no time limit as to when a claim may be made. Laser Image Plus will coordinate the return of a defective cartridge at our cost. All returned defective cartridges must include a copy of the print defect. Laser Image Plus will not be liable for printer malfunctions related to manufacturer’s defects, misuse or abuse by users.
Furthermore, Laser Image Plus warrants that the products will not damage the printer when stored, installed and used in accordance with Laser Image Plus’ recommended procedures. In the event of any damage to a printer caused solely and directly by the use of a Laser Image Plus product, Laser Image Plus will pay the reasonable cost of service and repair of the damaged printer, provided dealer: (a) notifies Laser Image Plus of such damage in writing within thirty (30) days; (b) delivers print samples to Laser Image Plus, the laser toner cartridge(s) AND any damaged or replaced parts; and (c) delivers a written service report to Laser Image Plus, signed by an authorized technical service personnel, identifying the Laser Image Plus product as the sole and direct cause of such damage.
Laser Image Plus does not cover routine cleanings as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”). Please refer to the equipment users’ guide or equipment service manual. Laser Image Plus also does not cover on-site equipment service related issues for common print defects or print quality issues.
